At Brass & Steel, we design cookware for those who take cooking seriously—people who care not just about what they cook, but how they cook it.

Our roots are in industrial equipment manufacturing. For years, we built high-precision tools engineered for durability and performance. That experience taught us the importance of materials, structure, and craftsmanship. But our real passion has always been in the kitchen. Brass & Steel was born from the idea that cookware should be built with the same level of care as the meals it's used to make.

Where engineering meets craft

We apply industrial-level precision to cookware, but with a deeply human touch. Every Brass & Steel pan is made from a single sheet of carbon steel, a construction choice that eliminates weak points like rivets and welds, and ensures lasting strength and a clean, minimalist form.

Each pan is hand-finished by skilled craftspeople, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. The result is cookware that feels solid, cooks beautifully, and develops a natural patina over time.

Our pans are designed in Italy, drawing inspiration from European cooking traditions and modern kitchen needs. We manufacture them in our own facility in Poland, giving us full control over quality at every step of the process.

We're a small, independent brand. That means every pan matters to us, we don’t chase trends or cut corners. We make tools that we’re proud to use ourselves, and we’re honored when others choose to bring them into their kitchens.
