Our story

Built with the same care as the meal.

At Brass & Steel, we make cookware for people who take cooking seriously, who care not just about what they cook, but how they cook it.

Where we come from

From industrial precision, to the kitchen.

Our roots are in industrial equipment manufacturing. For years we built high-precision tools engineered for durability and performance, and that taught us the real value of materials, structure, and craftsmanship. But our passion was always in the kitchen.

Brass & Steel was born from a simple idea: cookware should be built with the same level of care as the meals it’s used to make.

Engineering meets craft

Precision, with a human touch.

We bring industrial-level precision to cookware, then finish it by hand. The result is a tool that feels solid, cooks beautifully, and only gets better with use.

One single piece

No rivets. No welds.

Every pan is formed from a single sheet of carbon steel. No joins means no weak points, just lasting strength and a clean, minimalist form.

Hand-finished

Finished by hand.

Each pan is hand-finished by skilled craftspeople, so no detail is overlooked. It develops a natural, protective patina over time.

Where it’s made

Designed in Italy. Made in Poland.

Designed in Italy, drawing on European cooking traditions and the way people really cook today. Made in our own facility in Poland, so we keep full control over quality at every step.

For life

Built to last.

Forged to be used every day and handed down, and backed for a lifetime under normal home cooking.

Independent

A small brand that sweats the details.

We’re a small, independent brand. Every pan matters to us, so we don’t chase trends or cut corners. We make tools we’re proud to use ourselves, and we’re honored when others choose to bring them into their kitchens.

Thank you for supporting our work.
